Hi Melvin - good to see you back again. Glad that your move has been quite smoothly. Enjoy your new home!
Thank you Tom - it sure is a far cry from where we were.

She's getting settled, but it wasn't an easy move for her.
First was the incontinence, we ended up buying a waterproof coverlet for the bed ERG!.
My wife got tired of doing the bedding every day. She has since settled down (both the dog and my wife). :D

The other interesting thing though is when we were living in the city, she ignored noises (Cars/Planes/dogs/Sirens).
Now she stops in her tracks at the sound of deer snorting, turkeys gobbling, dogs barking . . . . I spend a lot of time just standing with her, waiting, waiting, waiting . . . . she's just fascinated with everything.

The neighbors all use shovels and rakes to throw the poop in the woods. I'm the only fool that carries bags.
I'll learn, especially when winter comes.

Good to see you have settled in Mel. Should be a great new adventure in your life. Have had the same issue with our dogs in the past. I'm in Hong Kong today and Shanghai China tomorrow, so you think you've got problems moving around.  :D

Hey Strato, did you catch anything of the protests that were going on, or were you in a different part of the city ?

Would love to see the East some time, maybe my next life.

Well, yesterday the leader of the Shawn Riley band that I left earlier this year, married off his daughter and we played an abbreviated set.
May be my last hurrah with them, but a good time for sure.
The bride picked the songs we were allowed tp play an since she's in her 20's it was far different than our normal set.
Gezer squad here.

What a wacky weekend - 50th High School reunion
Here is moi, my first real girlfriend, her new best friend (my wife) and Jaan Uhelszki of Creem Magazine fame. Not sure the rag made it across the pond, but it was wonderfully irreverent.
Ran into old (DUH) friends, made new friends and in general had a great time.
